Maranda Country Estate is a five bedroom, four bathroom Australian Colonial property with traditional Bullnose Verandah to the front and rear, and provides private comfortable accommodation for 10 to 16 guests, and welcomes pets.  

Maranda Country Estate is set on three private acres and boasts a refreshing pool and a private screened four-person outdoor hot tub with beautiful countryside views.

Bedrooms

MARANDA COUNTRY ESTATE HAS 5 BEDROOMS AND 2 LARGE BATHROOMS TWO QUEEN AND THREE KING BEDROOMS. THREE OF THE BEDROOMS ARE IN THE MAIN HOUSE WITH TWO BATHROOMS, AND THE OTHER BEDROOMS ARE MADE UP OF TWO SELF CONTAINED STUDIOS ADJACENT TO THE MAIN HOUSE. AND PROVIDES COMFORTABLE ACCOMMODATION FOR UP TO 16 GUESTS.

The Garden Studio One has a queen bed and queen sofa bed (sleeps 3-4), a full bathroom, TV,  tea and coffee making facilities plus reverse cycle air-conditioning. 

The Garden Studio Two has a king bed (or two king singles) and a queen size hotel quality sofa bed, separate toilet,
reverse cycle air conditioning, a small kitchenette plus large LED TV. Please note the shower is outdoors

All bedrooms have quality beds and mattresses. The King bed upstairs can be split into two King singles if required. All beds are made with crisp cotton commercially laundered linen. We have a firm and a soft pillow selection for each bed plus a light quilt in the summer months and two quilts in the winter. There is also a good selection of warm blankets. We provide one bath towel per person (extra if your stay is over 3 nights) and all bathrooms have bath mats and hand towels. You will need to supply face washers if required.

The Kitchen

THE KITCHEN IS FULLY EQUIPPED WITH CUTLERY, CROCKERY AND GLASSWARE FOR UP TO 16 GUESTS.

Maranda Country Estate has a fully equipped kitchen to cater for up to 16 guests. The kitchen also has an extensive range
of cookware and utensils. There is also an oven and cooktop plus a dishwasher and two fridges. Other kitchen equipment consists of kettle, toaster, blenders and a Nespresso coffee machine, pods provided. We also supply local olive oil and a bottle of wine for you to enjoy.

Outdoor Entertainment

Maranda Country Estate has two separate outside entertainment areas (one with BBQ), all with views over the hills and ranges. The property has a great outdoor area with large table which has an uninterrupted view all the way to the mountains.

Please note that this property IS pet friendly; we permit a maximum of 2 dogs at the property at any one time. A $40 per pet fee is applicable for all bookings that include pets.

AMENITIES

We provide free WiFi and two TV areas. Maranda Country Estate has a fully equipped kitchen, lounge and dining room, two separate outside entertainment areas (one with BBQ), all with views over the hills and ranges.  Designed for group enjoyment, the property has a huge 50inch TV in the main lounge room and a further three TVs in the bedrooms, Chromecast TV, free NBN WiFi, DVD player, book library, sporting equipment such as cricket, Pétanque, Finska and board games.  With reverse cycle air-conditioning, separate heating in all bedrooms, ceiling fans and a wood burning fire - it is the perfect retreat all year round. You can kick back with your favourite wine and enjoy the ambience.
